Case Study 1 - Air Flow Test Rig

Brief: To build a test rig for measuring the air flow through the ceramic filters used in the power industry.

The client contacted Russo Engineering with a drawing of a test rg they required. Some alterations were done and the test rig was then built to the revised design.

Once the rig was complete it was spray painted with the clients colours and delivered for the electrical work to be carried out.

Case Study 2 - BV206

Brief: Specialist Plant Solutions contacted us. They are a specialist plant equipment hire company/ The BV206 is an ex-military track vehicle that is used to gain access to areas where usual vehicles can not reach (e.g. up a mountain).

Case Study 3 - Sight Screens

Brief: Russo Engineering was approached by a local cricket club to manufacture sight screens for the cricket field.

The frames were manufactured with wheels attached to allow them to be easily moved. Part of the design also called for the upper section of the screen to be lowered by hand. The meant that the screens would be less prone to being blown over by the wind when not in use.
